Tifflo provides a digital platform that connects customers with independent tiffin service providers and food vendors ("Sellers"). We enable online ordering, payment, and management of food services.
By using Tifflo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, whether as a customer or a vendor.
Tifflo acts only as a technology provider and payment facilitator. All orders are fulfilled directly by independent sellers. Tifflo does not prepare, package, or deliver food items.
Tifflo collects payments from customers on behalf of sellers and routes the funds accordingly. Customers pay nothing extra for using the platform. Vendors are charged a subscription fee for access and tools.
Each seller maintains their own cancellation and refund policies. Customers must contact the seller directly for these matters. Tifflo does not process or decide refund eligibility.
Sellers are solely responsible for the preparation, hygiene, quality, and delivery of food items. Tifflo does not verify food content or regulatory compliance.
Tifflo allows both one-time and subscription-based food orders. Subscription support, changes, and cancellations are handled by the respective sellers.
Tifflo collects user data (name, phone, email, address) to process orders. This information is shared with sellers for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
Sellers must comply with food safety, tax, and legal regulations. They are also responsible for handling customer complaints and post-order communication.
Tifflo does not guarantee seller availability, quality, or punctuality. We are not liable for missed or unsatisfactory orders.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Tifflo implies acceptance of any changes.
