Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Responsibility

All cancellations and refunds are handled directly by the respective vendor (tiffin service provider). Tifflo acts only as a technology platform and does not process or approve refunds.

2. Vendor Policies

Each vendor has its own terms regarding cancellations and refunds. Customers are advised to review the vendor’s individual policy on their profile or service page before placing an order.

3. Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed by the respective vendor and typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank. Tifflo does not process refunds directly.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Once food is prepared or delivered, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. This is to avoid wastage and loss for the vendor.

5. Disputes

In the case of any dispute regarding a cancellation or refund, the matter must be resolved directly between the customer and the vendor. Tifflo is not liable or responsible for dispute resolution.
