Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Partners

All deliveries on the Tifflo platform are managed and fulfilled directly by the respective tiffin service providers ("vendors"). Tifflo does not physically handle the delivery process.

2. Delivery Areas

Each vendor offers delivery only within their selected service areas. Delivery availability for your location is displayed on the platform prior to order placement.

3. Delivery Timing

Vendors generally follow fixed delivery slots, such as lunch between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. Exact delivery timing is communicated on the vendor listing and order summary.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, are set by the vendor and shown clearly at checkout. Tifflo does not influence or add to this fee.

5. Order Tracking

Customers may receive status updates or tracking through the Tifflo platform, depending on the vendor's delivery process. Live tracking is enabled where supported by the vendor.

6. Delays or Missed Deliveries

In the event of a delay or non-delivery, please contact the respective vendor directly via the contact options provided in your order history. Tifflo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries.
